Diane Von Furstenburgs latest fall collection seemed very dualistic to me. Not as in disconnected, tortured or intentional, even- It was very cohesive in terms of ideas. The split shows most glaringly in the color palate...classy vs. tacky. Let's face it: color can dictate wether the same garment fits into the "I might wear that" catagory OR into the "holy shit that's the most hideous thing I've ever seen" catagory.
