Oh, Rick Owens. Fashions raven sorcerer. HA! This guy is famous for his cool leather jackets and "dark" style. His style in my view is really about someone who never grew out of the late 80's. I have seriously tried to like his work, and there are some collections that are less obnoxious than others, but overall I find him unbearably cliche. As in probably pretends to beleive in witchcraft, sleeps with both sexes just to seem complicated, and writes "tortured musings" in a leatherbound journal with charcoal cliche.
His spring collection was mostly crap. His feeble attempts at creating new or intruiging shapes was a fail this season.
Yep, trash bags and duct tape.
